Buying a house in Bulgaria

Do you dream of buying a house in Bulgaria? Do you enjoy a villa on the beach? Have you  decided to build  a house, or a private factory  - all of these options are related to the purchase of land on the territory of Bulgaria. To date, the purchase of land or property with land in Bulgaria by foreign citizens, according to the Bulgarian Constitution,  is not possible. They say the abolition of the law in 2012-14, and meanwhile, however, there is one only way to purchase a registration of the company and the acquisition of property by a legal person.

There are a number of companies that can be registered, but the most common one is LLC Limited Liability Company.

 In Bulgaria, there are the following types of businesses:

- The collecting society
- Commandite company
- Limited Liability Company
- Joint Stock Company
- Commandite company with shares
- Self-employed

All but a private entrepreneur, are legal entities. The founders of these firms can be Bulgarian or foreign natural and legal persons. They should  be included in the commercial register by the decision of the District Court (according to  thedistrict of location of the firm). Precondition also register a company in Bulgaria in the tax service, statistical management, the social insurance fund.

 The easiest and the simplest way is to register a LLC company. According to the latest changes in the Law on registration of companies in Bulgaria, eliminated the need for capital in the form of a considerable sum of money (before it was 2.500 euros, and now it is only 2 levs). The firm does not require the personal participation of its co-owners, no one runs the risk of large sums of money, an entity  can be represented and managed by one or more persons, co-founders can be changed even after registration.
